Moskva – Čeprav plin proti Evropi še zdaj ni stekel, je 15. dan plinske vojne prinesel največ pozitivnih novic. Ruski premier Vladimir Putin in ukrajinska premierka Julija Timošenko sta se namreč dogovorila, da se bosta jutri srečala v Moskvi, sočasno pa je ruski predsednik Dmitrij Medvedjev razposlal vabila za udeležbo na plinskem vrhu, ki ga je za jutri prav tako sklical v ruskem glavnem mestu. Vprašanje je, ali bosta dve vrhunski srečanji pripomogli k reševanju plinskega gordijskega vozla ali pa bo to spor le še dodatno zapletlo. Postavlja se namreč vprašanje, kdo v Rusiji in Ukrajini je sploh pristojen za reševanje tega vprašanja – predsednik ali premier oziroma premierka?
Bruselj – Politična igra med Moskvo in Kijevom, ki v medsebojnih obtožbah krivdo, ker evropski odjemalci še vedno ne dobivajo plina, zvračata drug na drugega, je naredila konec potrpežljivosti Bruslja. Če Rusija in Ukrajina ne bosta uresničili zavez, je predsednik evropske komisije José Manuel Barroso napovedal, da bo evropskim podjetjem svetoval, naj zadoščenje poiščejo na sodišču, članice Unije pa pozval k usklajeni akciji za prehod na druge vire dobave in tranzita energentov.
Moskva – Rusija je včeraj držala besedo. Kmalu po osmi uri zjutraj po srednjeevropskem času so na postaji za črpanje plina Sudža na jugu Rusije ob meji z Ukrajino slovesno odprli plinske ventile. To so storili pod budnim očesom predstavnikov Gazproma, Naftogaza in evropske komisije ter množice novinarjev, ki so potrdili, da je ruski plin po sedmih dneh vendarle stekel proti Evropi.
Moskva – »Predlagam, da jutri ob 10. zjutraj po moskovskem času [8.00 po srednjeevropskem] začnemo s poskusnimi pošiljkami plina,« je direktor Gazproma Aleksej Miller predlagal na sinočnjem srečanju z ruskim premierjem Vladimirjem Putinom. »Dogovorjeno. Začnite z delom!« je predlog podprl Putin. Rusija je ob tem poudarila, da bodo v primeru nadaljnjih kraj plina s strani Ukrajine vnovič zaprli plinske pipe.
Bruselj – Plin iz Rusije naj bi začel pritekati danes, v torek, ob osmih zjutraj po našem času, je spodbudno novico oznanil evropski komisar za energijo Andris Piebalgs. Do končnih porabnikov pa naj bi prišel že čez 24 do 30 ur, in ne šele v treh dneh, kakor so napovedovali doslej. »Ruska stran nam je obljubila, da bo pipe ponovno odprla, če ne bo novih ovir,« je opozoril češki minister za energijo Martin Říman.
Sibirski plin, namenjen porabnikom v Evropi, včeraj sicer še ni stekel po ukrajinskih plinovodih, a je deseti dan plinske vojne kljub temu prinesel veliko olajšanje. Rusija je namreč podpisala sporazum o mandatu misije mednarodnih opazovalcev. Ko bo to storila še Ukrajina – to naj bi se sodeč po izjavah iz Kijeva zgodilo v najkrajšem času –, bodo dokončno odstranjene ovire za odprtje plinskih pipic.
Bruselj – »Nikakršnega opravičila ni [več], da plina ne bi znova spustili skozi plinovode,« so poudarili na sedežu evropske komisije nekaj ur zatem, ko je Moskva – v četrtek ponoči – naposled privolila v misijo opazovalcev. Ti bodo nadzorovali pretok na dvanajstih točkah na rusko-ukrajinski meji ter med tranzitno državo in območjem Evropske unije.
Zaradi ukrajinskih domnevnih kraj plina je Rusija minuli teden zaprla dovod plina v plinovod, ki napaja precejšen delež plinskih porabnikov v Evropi. Ljudje po vsej stari celini so upirali oči v svoje radiatorje in upali, da bo ruska jeza prešla vsaj tako hitro kot pred tremi leti. Analitiki in komentatorji so kar tekmovali z odgovori na temo, kaj je s tem pravzaprav želela doseči Rusija.
Moskva – Ko sta direktor Gazproma Aleksej Miller in direktor Naftogaza Oleh Dubin v Bruslju izrazila pripravljenost na obnovitev pošiljk plina, pri čemer je Rusija poudarila, da bo to storila takoj, ko bodo v Ukrajino prispeli mednarodni opazovalci, si je Evropa oddahnila. Kmalu zatem se je pokazalo, da stvari vendarle niso tako rožnate. V Bruslju namreč niso dosegli sporazuma o evropski opazovalni misiji. O tem kdo je za to kriv, je več mnenj. Evropska komisija in češko predsedstvo vztrajata, da je podpis sporazuma zavrnila Rusija, pri Gazpromu trdijo, da je to storila Ukrajina, ruski predsednik Vladimir Putin pa je v svoji rezidenci Novo Ogarjevo izrazil obžalovanje, ker evropska komisija o tem ni hotela podpisati sporazuma.
